Video keeps cutting out every 5 minutes of watching. Never done this before and all other connections and streaming works fine...

Prime is glitching like crazy, every two minutes it's the loading screen and it won't go away till you exit and get back in. Issue in Cornwall Ontario

My Prime app works on my cell, but on my tv, I get a blank black screen...I even tried sharing from my cell to tv, and still nothing appears...all my other tv apps like Netflix and Disney + work perfectly.

Well, we are back to the summer time issues. You either get nothing or you are paying for a service you can't watch because the movie/show keeps cutting out. WTF Amazon? Can't you fix this issue? I am sick of the BS with this service.

Had audio on Prime but no video. Simply unplugged it for a minute, plugged back in voila, all good. Apparently unplugging reboots it.
