I worked at Amazon a while back. My favorite responsibility was auditing and resolving inventory discrepancies. We had an awesome spreadsheet showing where everything was supposed to be and how long it had been there, aka the “dwell time”.

@amazon if multiple customers tell you you’re sending the wrong item, clearly it’s wrong in the bin at the warehouse. Instead of telling me the only option is a refund, how about you fix the problem and send us the correct item so I don’t have to buy elsewhere?

I think #Amazon services have degraded because of global cost reductions and lack of staff as well as unable to find talented humans. Maybe it's because of their automation and bots got a technical error and were unable to act like humans.

@DeLonghiUK I bought a De’longhi Eletta ECAM450 65.S on Amazon. Within a month of usage the Carafe has stopped working. The local service agency (Jashanmal in Dubai) are charging a shipping fee to collect the faulty carafe which is more than the cost of a new carafe.Disappointed
