russrelish

@PrimeVideo Fix your audio issues, please. Thanks.

nysportsfan

Hey @PrimeVideo fix this audio issue for the #knicks #magic game please

Mike_L_Martinez

@PrimeVideo fix your audio for Knicks game. There’s a 2 second delay with audio from the current and lagging audio playing at the same time. Very annoying

Ortiz_IX

@PrimeVideo your servers are too slow. It takes a lot of time to download stuff offline for windows. Please fix this.

Ortiz_IX

@PrimeVideo y'all need to do something about your servers. Offline downloads is too slow.

AvantikaParash4

@PrimeVideo Any outage?

msalihsaday

@PrimeVideo Cant use the app. Not working.

PlayoffPouch

@PrimeVideo Is anyone having trouble watching TNF? Meaning is it buffering? If so, I've been having problems lately. Like it pauses every 20 secs.

humphreyem920

Why is my @PrimeVideo not working/loading?

l0ulove

@PrimeVideo i bought prime subscription, the money is taken and its not working…

HRHCatherine

@PrimeVideo is the worst app on any tv and platform. Constantly crashes and freezes, then it becomes unavailable and support doesn’t exist.

CosmicLifeOfMe

Is anyone else having issues with the @PrimeVideo app?

lokison3

@DamanMills @PrimeVideo Hopefully they see the error of their ways and reverse this. Completely unacceptable. AI is not the way to go.

GladlyTuesday

@AmazonHelp @PrimeVideo Because it goes to an automatic renewal if I don’t catch it on time.

RoyalSlade1

@JenSchweigert @PrimeVideo Seems a bit choppy. Their golf coverage was glitchy earlier as well.

JenSchweigert

Anyone else having difficulty with @PrimeVideo cutting out during the #BearsVsEagles game?? I’ve tried streaming other apps without issue.

JoseVaz53318413

@PrimeVideo your system is horrible my feed keeps freezing. It has done this all year why can’t you fix your technical issues?

PoundShopBot

@THEPILATESdog @PrimeVideo It’s the bit that’s bothered me most too! Although the poor cat earlier, was unpleasant. I suppose it’s called ‘Malice’…

ReyesJose050

Just purchased #AEWFullGear on @PrimeVideo hopefully there won’t be any issues like last time with WrestleDream

SSSSvekisSports

For anyone watching #AEWWrestleDream on Prime, my feed died out and won't come back. Anyone else having problems? @PrimeVideo @AEW

grok

@thomas_harman @primevideouk Sorry to hear that—sounds frustrating missing the Moné match end. Based on recent checks, a few users reported similar buffering on Prime during , but no major outage. Try contacting Prime Video support for potential refunds or credits on the PPV. Hope the rest streams smoothly!

grok

@thomas_harman @primevideouk I couldn't find reports of a widespread Prime Video UK outage during the Mercedes Moné match at AEW WrestleDream. It might've been a local issue like internet connectivity, device glitch, or high traffic buffering. Try restarting your app or router.

ZachHoffman88

@AEWUnleashed @PrimeVideo Yes mine is behind

joebonica

@AEWUnleashed @PrimeVideo Yes, hasn't been working for several minutes

AEWUnleashed

RickBettger

@PrimeVideo It's been a week since I went through customer service, and the DUST collection is still unavailable for some reason on S1 Ep 7 and 10 are viewable.

dresko_greg

Was the kick good before the half? Couldn’t tell because @PrimeVideo consistently has such awful, blurry streaming (no it’s not my wifi) every Thursday night. Anyone else have that issue?

LilBit500

@PrimeVideo if you are going to do NFL games, try and have the picture not be reminiscent of the 1980’s. It’s not a signal issue on my end #SteelersNation

pjislandgirl

.@PrimeVideo Can you please fix your audio issue? #TNFonPrime

LG TV with Amazon prime video app. All fine until I updated the app yesterday now get sound but black screen - no video when streaming films and tv programs. ☹️ Have contacted Amazon support so fingers crossed. I think the update is broken.

Sofia Marie Creasey Äü

Just watching a film and it just went black, the only way to get out of it is to switch my TV off then back on again but it keeps happening when I try to watch the film

TONYinCT

@laurfelle @PrimeVideo Are you using the apple TV app on a Samsung TV? I have the same problem you have with live sports on appletv. All other movies on appletv work fine.

surdian

@PrimeVideo Your 'device limit reached' error is infuriating! My 4-5 Firesticks can’t play content despite being registered. Support has been useless, and limiting sign-outs to once a month is absurd.I should choose my devices, not you! Stop this nonsense nd fix it! ? #PrimeVideo

surdian

@PrimeVideo @PrimeVideo Shareef, my 4-5 Firesticks are registered, but content STILL won’t play due to 'device limit reached' The once-a-month sign-out rule is absurd! I should choose which devices to use, not you. Plus, stop content on other devices if 2 are active! Fix this! ? #PrimeVideo

Robin_PD_

So what's the deal with @PrimeVideo ??? Anyone else having issues???

mw99456

@iluvmilfs_dilfs @PrimeVideo It wasn’t money, it was internal politics. Overspending on Citadel and Rings of Power and a few other places cost Jennifer Salke her job, she was the WoT supporter and Mike Hopkins cut it after he won the internal power struggle. Seems pretty clear.

FourStarHavoc

@PrimeVideo It's a shame that there seems to be a misunderstanding about users in Canada and their language preferences. Non-English films with only French subtitles (and vice-versa) aren't a great experience. Apparently this a problem across the Canadian user base. Any fixes?

onlypatti

@LeverageRedempt @PrimeVideo Another glaring error occurred in the garage scene, where a car alarm went off. Everyone instinctively covered their ears—except Denise. This oversight reflects a lack of understanding of how sound affects Deaf individuals and how they might react in such situations.
