@UPS blows. Package said delivered to customer - incorrect, I was home, no one came to my place. Even the ring camera didn’t show anyone. Trying to submit a claim & keep getting the error that my email verification code is invalid. Now I can’t request a new code for 24hrs?! ?️

Same for base station. Its just reported its gone off line. Maybe they are updating again

Perhaps these companies should have a second backup , it seems to be getting worse with hacks and systems going down , I just thought your comment was a bit harsh, things do happen but things as important as people personal security devices , can be worrying for some and rely on it , this is why they perhaps in the future look for a way of a further 2nd back up

My APP is working ok but my liveview on my PC is not working. I am getting a grey screen with reconnect button but nothing happens and it has been like this most of the day. Is anyone else having the same issues or resolved the issue?

I tried a reset on the doorbell - DON'T Can't re-pair it at all now as the app says I'm offline when I'm not.

All my ring products are now all offline , most of the day no app, now no cameras. Hope I don’t get cars stolen or house broken into. Never mind a major outage, should be a major compensation. I’m going to have a look at my contract with ring as I’m a subscriber .

Ring cameras not working here or motion detection. Doorbell rings and announces person at door. Fault P10-2 Which is to save looking up shown as a power problem or internet weak signal. Both are nonsense as hard wired and I am on digital fibre and all the power symbols show full power for all devices including Ring Doorbell. Clearly linked to this morning problems. Alexa services now back. So will just have to wait for Amazon to sort it ??

The website is letting me look at the history now and it's been detecting motion for a while. I live on a busy road and motion was stopped from 8:46 -10:46 but it's been recording since 10:46 hopefully your cameras are still picking things up too

Finally my call was answered. They confirm a major outage. I did ask if a data breach had taken place and I was told NO. I hope this is correct. No timescales to resolving the issue but I was told they are working to resolve it.

It can vary some users are reporting it’s still working and some ain’t but my guess is it wouldn’t as it’s still all connected somehow

Yeah they haven’t updated their service status on their site for some unknown reason so only through the news and here people are actually knowing the root of why their apps and devices ain’t working

Yeah it’s a worldwide outage a lot of banking apps ring etc are affected I think they haven’t long fixed the desktop site but a lot of users are still waiting for the app to be working again but Amazon have said they have found the fix and they are working on it as quick as possible

The Ring android app on both mine and my Dad's phone will no longer connect to the front doorbell - last known footage captured 13 hours ago. Unable to contact support via the app (Wigan). Strangely though, Ring Dashboard on my laptop seems to run fine and connects to the front doorbell with no issue, suggesting that the doorbell itself is fine and it's an app outage. There is an automated chat service online via the Ring dashboard, which proves to be useless in terms of obtaining any technical support!

All my ring cameras and devices stopped responding 13h ago. Not local issue as have cameras at different locations connected to different broadband providers. Been going on longer than a couple of hours.
