They don't have much of a clue when my parcels are likely to be ready to be picked up.
Unable to change my email address for some reason .
Have been looking at the dog pictures for the last 30 mins. Cleared Cache incase it was an issue at my end (since it kept telling me my internet connection is broken), now can't log back in at all.

They couldn’t ship my laptop. Couldnt find it they claimed. So refunded my money. What a completely messed up sales experience.
My next day delivery was due on the 22nd of Feb. It’s now the end of 2nd of March. Too many chats with customer services to count and still no delivery. It was a laptop so lots of money tied up in it. Today they asked me to fill in an incident report. 8 days late now. On Saturday morning I even got sent to “The Concern Team” where a man guaranteed me he would see to it personally and it would be dispatched no later than 9am Monday with a 10% discount and a confirmation email. I asked him how I could get in touch with him when it didn’t happen. He said oh you won’t need to contact us again as I’m going to see to it personally. Nothing. Of course nothing. It’s rage inducing to be made so helpless by such a behemoth of a company.
Ordered Friday, paid extra for next day delivery. Message this evening saying delayed, called them up to see when they will dispatch and they said they never will! Told me to cancel my order, which I have tried but even that isn't working. Avoid.
Item not delivered after 4 days so customer service said they would apply a payment of £5 to my account as compensation-payment has not gone into account despite chasing up on chat Lost all trust in Amazon now
