I tried everything from restarting my phone, clearing cookies and cache, uninstalling the app. I even tried on desktop, but I didn’t get the code. I reset my internet, shut off my connection and tried to use my cellular data instead, but I didn’t still receive a code until I got to @.Recovery()Secured..0n…;:Tele9ram.,who got the issue causing me not to receive it

Hey eveeyone my instagram is acting up today it went slow then lagging. When I came to refresh my chat page where my chats are I can't see any messages coming through my end, sometimes I can see messages recent messages in chat I can't read strange. Then it went off to home page on my phone, I then restarted, cleared cashe, unintalled app, checked for updates nothing worked. Now it's a blank white screen then I clicked on my app again it's on but slow pending and frustrating me can anyone help guide me on what to do to fix it and what the issue is. Is instagram down yes or no? Please help me I have a feeling I have been reported, virus, bug or something pleas help me

Unable to share or send reels/stuff to friends, when pressing the share button.. when it usually comes up with all of my friends every single one says instagram user, I’m not blocked and they haven’t been blocked and I have to manually enter their name for it to be shared..
