If you're struggling on a mobile using the app, uninstal the app and use messenger through the actual facebook app. My app keeps buffering saying its waiting for the network. 5hours later still nothing working on it.

Messenger is allowing me in via the app briefly on both my android phone and my iPad, but either freezes once I’m in, or logs back out and prompts me to log back in. I log back in, get a moment to see the home page, and logs back out. Both my android phone and iPad are up to date both in software and also up to date in app updates. Main Facebook app seems fine. Unfortunately I need this to stay in contact with an unwell family member whom I’m caring for, as they find FB messenger easier to use. Hope it resolves soon. UK, South West.

odd here, Android is ringing, but not showing where the call is coming from, so can't answer... if I want to make a phone call, it beeps once and it shows that it is currently on a call. Of course he's not on call. I changed the app, this has been going on for weeks.
