Whenever i open Instagram, it's in a constant loading state, can't do anything on it, it started working for sometime, then reverted back to loading, no idea what this problem is, it is not an Internet problem as my other apps work, and other people in my house don't have this problem, and i have tried everything possible to try and solve this, but nothing is working

My Instagram is being very slow, it won't let me message any more and posts only load up to two when I open the app. It's not an Internet problem because all my other apps are working completely fine. It's been going on for about a week now. I've tried to uninstall the app and install it back again but that hasn't work.
