Can finally get past the pinwheel to send, then it times out after I do the face scan to send. Error message saying it's not available. Must be a thing, I did all the sign outs, toggle the apple pay/cash, all of it. Still not working.

Apparently Apple is blaming the outage on their newest bank sponsor Green Dot. Apparently Green Dot has an outage that connects with Apple Pay. I looked up info on how to get in touch with both companies. If I could add a screenshot here I would for reference.

Balance isn’t reflecting the cash I’ve added and it’s been going on since yesterday evening. I called Apple and after being on hold 1 hour they said it’s system wide outage but yet their website doesn’t show this issue.

I had 300 in my Apple wallet. I transferred $50. Now my balance is $150. I’m missing my $100! I waited on customer service for an hour and 30 minutes until someone picked up. They told me they’re having issues with their processing bank green dot. And that it should resolve and everything will be fixed. It’s still not fixed on my end. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t put this on their website that it’s glitching right now

Sent my son some money around 6pm central time and 10 min later it's not showing that it's in his account. Although it does show that I sent it on my phone and his. Apple isn't answering the phone either and it's a Fri night.

I sent my husband money through Apple Cash at 6:02pm Central Time, he tried to pay with Apple Pay at Target at 6:07pm and couldn’t, but mine worked to pay. He sent the money back to me. We got home and I tried to send him more money at 7:08pm and it gave me the message “Apple Cash Unavailable. Wallet services are currently unavailable. Please try again later.”
