My credit card companies have said while my cards can be added to apple wallet, they’re also puzzled as to why I can no longer add them. They did get calls from other customers about this.

Can confirm this worked for me! Utterly ridiculous being placed on an 1+ hour hold just to be told to turn Apple Cash off and back on. If u have money on Apple Cash before you turn it off, don't worry it will be there when u tirn it back on. Thank u Mike for sharing the solution that should be in the FAQ's section if it was that simple to fix...

I can’t make a transfer to Apple Cash from my linked bank. I receive an error stating “Unable to Connect to Wallet Services. Try Again Later.” This has been happening since yesterday. Update: I called Apple Cash about this. The advisor had me toggle off Apple Cash in Settings -> Wallet and Apple Pay. I waited a few seconds and toggled it back on. After that, I was able to successfully make the transfer to Apple Cash.

Mine is still out. Had a client send a payment it went through on his end but didn’t show up on mine at all for 2 hours. Now it’s showing that I received his payment in my transaction list but my balance has not changed and is not adding the payment to my account.

Apparently Apple is blaming the outage on their newest bank sponsor Green Dot. Apparently Green Dot has an outage that connects with Apple Pay. I looked up info on how to get in touch with both companies. If I could add a screenshot here I would for reference.

Balance isn’t reflecting the cash I’ve added and it’s been going on since yesterday evening. I called Apple and after being on hold 1 hour they said it’s system wide outage but yet their website doesn’t show this issue.

I had 300 in my Apple wallet. I transferred $50. Now my balance is $150. I’m missing my $100! I waited on customer service for an hour and 30 minutes until someone picked up. They told me they’re having issues with their processing bank green dot. And that it should resolve and everything will be fixed. It’s still not fixed on my end. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t put this on their website that it’s glitching right now
