This is the 2nd time in a little over a month that the Apple TV app is not working at all. When I go to open it on my Roku tv, it is just straight black. If I press a button, specifically play, it will start playing trailers over and over again. I googled it and it told me to uninstall and reinstall. I did and it worked last time. This time I did the same thing and it’s still not working.

The app has kicked me out twice tonight, after taking forever to load. This isn't a new problem, and I'm beginning to question the price of this channel, seeing as how I never know if I'll be able to watch or not. I mean, come on, this is supposed to be APPLE, not Microsoft. Fix this, please.

None of the Apple TV shows/movies/services are working. It’s not the Apple TV device because it’s a same issue on all devices and different networks. It’s not the internet because all other non-Apple streaming services are working.

Error in the middle of an episode For All Mankind saying content unavailable, check internet connection. Internet is fine. Apple TV+ service seems down. Only thing I can access is the local library. Trying resetting and restarting did not resolve the issue.

I can't watch anything. The app offers a "free trial," even though I'm already a subscriber. It's unfortunate that there are always problems, despite their good shows!

Trying to watch Turbo FAST S3E5 through the season I purchased via iTunes and I am getting errors every time when I start an episode or movie through my iTunes library connected to Movies Anywhere (except shows). Error happening on my bedroom Roku LE. Hulu works fine, was able to watch a show just fine, but tv is not working AT ALL.

Streaming stopped while watching Constellation, cannot get to start back after reboot. Tried other shows, not working. Network is running perfectly, other streaming apps work perfectly.

Website is broken because the JS scripts driving the main interaction are versioned... Site is pointing to V2, but V2 got replaced by V3 (which has references to V1 funnily enough). If you know how to do local content override in Edge/Chrome, you can edit the references to get it working again.

Trying to watch a show on Apple TV+ and keep getting a streaming error. Yesterday and today. Internet checks. Account checks. Errors on streaming the show. Not worth the money. Will be canceling before it renews next month. I have other things to do and to watch. Don't need this.

I opened a case with apple support and sent a ton of info. Never heard what was the root cause. I gave up and went elsewhere for a month and it was magically fixed. Hope it stays that way. They did grant me a free month extension. I do think the content is very high quality.

We watched the first 7 episodes of "Lessons in Chemistry" via our TV & Roku device, but since yesterday, cannot watch episode 8, or even get into Apple TV+. If I click on sign up, it says you are already signed up. When I check the Apple web site it shows our last auto payment was made 11-15.

I’m having the exact same issue, trying to watch Foundation! It’s been happening all day long! I’ve rebooted my router, restarted the Firestick which is a new 4K version. Nothing helps but all other streaming services are fine!

All of my other Streaming services are working great. I try to stream Apple + and a minute or 2 in I get "Video Not Available/There's a problem loading this video. If this continues, check your internet connection. I COPIED AND PASTED THOSE WORDS FROM ANOTHER POST but that is exactly what is happening with me only I AM a network engineer and I have fiber optic.

If this continues, check your internet connection. I have. I'm a network engineer living in a Smart Home. I have a high bandwidth, mesh network with 100% signal strength from anywhere in the house. Rebooted every device, tried streaming from different devices. Everything is great EXCEPT APPLE TV+. This happened when I first got the service a few years back. Apple needs to get their act together if I'm going to continue to pay for something that doesn't work.

For all mankind season 1 episode 4 will not play. All other shows and episodes that I have tried play just fine. Something is wrong with the media files on the Apple server.

About an hour ago, the episode I was watching abruptly exited to a message that I should log in with my Apple TV user ID to watch this episode (that I had been watching with my Apple TV ID for half an hour). It appears to be back up and running now.

10:21 a.m. May 21, 2023...launched movie, then screen flipped to the pause icon, and nothing has happened for over five minutes. Tried other titles, same result. My internet and other video apps are loading fine.
