Problem is that while their app is terrible, their shows generally are the better ones around. Certainly better than anything HBO has these days, and Hulu is a ghost town after The Bear. Disney is fine if you like Disney, Marvel and Star Wars stuff, but that's like owning a library - do they even have new shows? So while I would love to cancel in a huff, they've got most if not all of the stuff I like to watch.

No ability to login on Mac, iPad, phone, but of course it works for my wife's phone 5 ft away from me. I mean the Apple user experience is still a strong focus for them and better than most. I can't bash them about "caring" or not. They're a company and I think they care about uptime. But it's always personal impacts, gone all day, tired, wanted to sit and watch some F1 for 20 min while I ate, and finished my food before I figured out what was going on here after trying to login 10 times. Usually they're spot on but this one is really annoying.

Yeah, when it's been this long (well over an hour) the company really should put up some kind of announcement on the Apple TV screen. Then we wouldn't waste all that time rebooting, reloading the app, etc...because of course that's what they always tell you to do, since it has to be your problem, not theirs.

I love that Apple doesn’t have the decency to update the UI to have a simple message containing the down error. I’d respect that so much versus their company wasting 20 minutes of my time thinking it’s my own network issue logging in when in reality it’s their own lack of transparency. Simple customer service is just non-existent.

This is one of the worst if not the worst streaming apps. Constant issues and the worst customer service. I’ve officially had enough. I’m canceling my subscription, it’s honestly just not worth it anymore. Why pay for something that consistently has issues and I can’t use it anyway. Such a waste of time and money.

LMAO...Apple is by far the WORST tech company in business (definitely in America, that's for sure). Was trying to log back in for over 45 min before finding this page. They care nothing about customers, and this login issue crops up fairly regularly. I hope I live long enough to see them bought out by someone that actually cares about its customers and knows how to cater to our needs.

Was watching Silo. Watched S2:E1. Then went to E2, and it prompted to sign up or start 7day trail to continue watching. After several attempts at relaunching the app, it just spins. Cannot even get it to work on our phones. The sign in request is now on loop!

I was watching Dark Matter and all of sudden I could not watch the next episode. I wa told to sign in but that sticks me in a never ending loop of entering the code that automatically refreshes before I can finish entering the code. Apple TV is broken right now!

This is the 2nd time in a little over a month that the Apple TV app is not working at all. When I go to open it on my Roku tv, it is just straight black. If I press a button, specifically play, it will start playing trailers over and over again. I googled it and it told me to uninstall and reinstall. I did and it worked last time. Trying to watch Turbo FAST S3E5 through the season I purchased via iTunes and I am getting errors every time when I start an episode or movie through my iTunes library connected to Movies Anywhere (except shows). Website is broken because the JS scripts driving the main interaction are versioned... Site is pointing to V2, but V2 got replaced by V3 (which has references to V1 funnily enough). If you know how to do local content override in Edge/Chrome, you can edit the references to get it working again.

I opened a case with apple support and sent a ton of info. Never heard what was the root cause. I gave up and went elsewhere for a month and it was magically fixed. Hope it stays that way. They did grant me a free month extension. I do think the content is very high quality.

We watched the first 7 episodes of "Lessons in Chemistry" via our TV & Roku device, but since yesterday, cannot watch episode 8, or even get into Apple TV+. If I click on sign up, it says you are already signed up. When I check the Apple web site it shows our last auto payment was made 11-15.
