@mashrujeet @reliancejio That’s why I switched to Airtel. Jio’s tech is great, but their staff are poorly trained and unprofessional. I’d report outages before they acted. Airtel knows issues and fixes them before I call. Best move: switch to Airtel and use an Apple TV box!

@matteo_gobbi hello I love the service. I just have an issue with it keeps wanting me to purchase when I’m already a subscriber. It seems to be only on the Apple TV that I’m having an issue. Anything else iPad, iPhone all work great.
