Our company is unable to properly transfer external callers using Teams. We're also experiencing call dropouts and have verified that it is not a problem with our external phone provider. Ridiculous, Microsoft... Completely unacceptable. This has been going on since yesterday afternoon.

Teams App 1) Shows my account as deactivated even though it isn't. 2) When clicking a link emailed to me to join a chat, it opens the app and then nothing happens. 3) None of my contacts populate 4) When attempting to log in with a Skype account instead, to see if that works, it prompts me to provide my first and last name, and then nothing happens when I hit confirm. It just idles. 5) When trying to send chat invites, the emails never send iOS is up to date, and app has been removed and downloaded again. Microsoft support has said it will be fixed in 24-48 hours since over a week ago.

@MicrosoftTeams So my wife's Windows 8 was happily running Skype. It stopped and Teams was advised. It doesn't work unless you have a NASA rated Laptop - it freezes on hers and my Windows 11..a load of rubbish..who built this nonsense? Skype was fine..we've spent hours on it..

I can get into Teams meetings on my iPhone but not from my laptop... the screen is blank or has a spinning or pulsing Teams icon. I was able to access the menu in the toolbar ("...") and use Reset Status and got the screen back to functional.

I just turned in a ticket with Microsoft. All of our Teams Phone customers are having issues with inbound calls to auto-attendants and call queues (resource accounts) ringing and then giving the error "the wireless customer you called is not available at this time. please try your call later." All outbound calls are working and inbound calls to direct user numbers are working. Just not inbound to resource accounts. Are you having the same issue?

Hello, you need to create a case with Microsoft. The issue is a switch made on their end and a fix was pushed out yesterday but some customers still had issue today which was resolved by contacting MS.

We've also had a spike in Teams crashes beginning mid-day Tuesday, all when someone tries to initiate or join a call. We've seen this on both our Mac and Windows clients.

Don't know if it's related to the current outage.... we have Android App users saying they are unable to enroll. It gets stuck on "We are signing you in, please wait" and you have to force the app to close and when you reopen, it shows your initials in the upper right and if you tap it, it shows your name. No other info or chat history is available. You also can't start new chats.

We are getting a message that says Teams is not optimized for your virtual desktop. Even though they are on a laptop. Clearing the cache or logging out then back in both fix the issue.

We are getting reports that people cannot make external calls with teams. When i call from my cell i go straight to voicemail. I am unable to call out from my teams app to any external number but can call other teams callers.

@MicrosoftTeams our whole tenant in EU (+400 users) is experiencing issues with status in Teams, got any more info about this? Same problem in the WebGUI as on desktop client. People are either shown as offline or away and can’t change it manually.
