Worked for me as well, thank you!! The only step that I was not able to complete was reinstalling Android System WebView, removing the updates caused it to disappear from my list of apps and I am not able to find it in Play Store to re-download. Do you by chance know if there are any negatives to leaving it uninstalled?

Android user on Galaxy S25 here. Here's what fixed it for me: 1. Go to apps - Android System Webview - Remove updates 2. Restart 3. Go to apps - Android System Webview - Update (if not there install from play store) 4. Restart 5. Reinstall Teams 6. Setup account again

Our company is unable to properly transfer external callers using Teams. We're also experiencing call dropouts and have verified that it is not a problem with our external phone provider. Ridiculous, Microsoft... Completely unacceptable. This has been going on since yesterday afternoon.

Teams App 1) Shows my account as deactivated even though it isn't. 2) When clicking a link emailed to me to join a chat, it opens the app and then nothing happens. 3) None of my contacts populate 4) When attempting to log in with a Skype account instead, to see if that works, it prompts me to provide my first and last name, and then nothing happens when I hit confirm. It just idles. 5) When trying to send chat invites, the emails never send iOS is up to date, and app has been removed and downloaded again. Microsoft support has said it will be fixed in 24-48 hours since over a week ago.

@MicrosoftTeams So my wife's Windows 8 was happily running Skype. It stopped and Teams was advised. It doesn't work unless you have a NASA rated Laptop - it freezes on hers and my Windows 11..a load of rubbish..who built this nonsense? Skype was fine..we've spent hours on it..

@MicrosoftTeams teams has a recurring issue as there is no sync happening between system working n mobile messages - issue needs immediate fix. Many facing same issue / Skype was far more stable !!

I can get into Teams meetings on my iPhone but not from my laptop... the screen is blank or has a spinning or pulsing Teams icon. I was able to access the menu in the toolbar ("...") and use Reset Status and got the screen back to functional.

I just turned in a ticket with Microsoft. All of our Teams Phone customers are having issues with inbound calls to auto-attendants and call queues (resource accounts) ringing and then giving the error "the wireless customer you called is not available at this time. please try your call later." All outbound calls are working and inbound calls to direct user numbers are working. Just not inbound to resource accounts. Are you having the same issue?
