Everytime I’m trying to listen to music it will play 30 seconds then stop and do nothing but load and buffer internet/wi-fi is good even tried switching to LTE it’s really frustrating when you pay for a service that hasn’t been working correctly for a few months now, I’m thinking about switching over to another streaming service!

Amazon Music is starting & stopping again on Alexa. Sometimes it plays 20-30 seconds of a song, dead air, then restarts the song. Other times, it will pick up where it left off. Nothing else in my house is having connection issues.

I have a bluetooth car stereo and only listen to the android app in my car. It used to work great, but now it's complete garbage. It will load, but not play anything or randomly choose what to play, but then you can't make it play anything else. Then it will randomly shut off. I've cleared the cache on my phone and in the app. I've restarted both. Uninstalled... The issue is not on my end. The Roku app works and it works on my computer, but I pay unlimited-I want unlimited, not just when I'm home.

The app fails to load, this is a re-occurring problem every 3 months I have no access to my service I pay for on my phone, it usually gets fixed after a month or more. Until a fix happens I cannot use the app at all, the only reason I keep it at this point is the Pc app I listen at work. Amazon this is not acceptable. The last time this happen I went through 6 customer service people who kept passing me off after 2 minutes or less, I was polite and I calm repeated my self over and over. The last person I spoke with was with their technical team, I went through every prompt several times before calling and after calling, 1st they blamed my phone memory. Nope 20GB internal left, then SD card space Nope 118GB left of 128GB. Is my Phone updated? Yep. App works for 3 months then I'm assuming they push an update and it breaks the app again.

Alexa is telling me she can't find any songs in my Amazon music library? That's ridiculous because I have bought thousands over the years. I used to just say "Shuffle purchased playlist". Recently, that changed and Amazon music removed the "purchased songs" category. Then I could just ask her to "Shuffle Amazon music library." Now whatever nonsense they've changed has affected that as well. I do not know the correct summoning ritual to play all the songs I have paid Amazon for. >.<

The app is unresponsive on my S20. When it does work, streaming halfway works. Been going on for a couple of weeks. Clearing data helps for a bit then it will go catatonic again. Something changed.

So since 7 there's been something weird going on. My play list will only play a total of 20 songs from my 250+ list of songs and will simply loop it and not randomize at all. It does it to all my playlists. Seeing this it shows that 72% of the issue is streaming music. Hopefully this is fixed. I can't even listen to the music being g suggested to me.

Only took me several hours to find out how to contact amazon music support. I have subscribed to amazon unlimited music several years and enjoyed streaming albums and artists through my car audio system. Now told since upgrade, i can only do this through echo device. So my unlimited $4.99 plan is worthless unless i upgrade to 8.99/mo. Disappointed in amazon. Supervisor insisted service has not changed? What might i be missing here? They can keep it
