last 3 days... app opens fine, as soon as I hit anything, search, play etc, it gives me the buffering ring and freezes. Confirmed, app is updated. I have done a force stop, restarted my phone and nothing helps. Thinking of uninstalling and reinstalling.

When I open the app, there is either a circle going round and round or the Amazon arrow just sitting there. I have uninstalled then reinstalled, cleared cache and settings memory, restarted my phone, and shut off phone for ten minutes then restarted. Also tried restarting router. No changes.

08JUL2026... Prime Video streaming on Fire TV is intermittently down. Have dual internet services and confirmed same issue whether on Verizon or Cox. Has not mattered if I am on my own router or connected to Cox. Same issue where services will just randomly stops.

I've been watching rings of power on prime via Roku. All my apps work except whenever I try to watch rings of power season 1 episode 7. Aquaman, spider noir, and secret level all fired right up on prime. Anyone else having this issue? I'm in Arizona.

On my end, Prime Video is apparently collateral damage from whatever ongoing failure is happening with T-Fiber. While Internet connectivity has been partially restored to my location, the Prime Video app currently isn't loading without a VPN, but while it DOES load with a VPN, it also blocks playback because a VPN is enabled. So it's effectively down until T-Fiber gets its act together.

Tried a good 8-9 times, get nothing but “Service unreachable” have over 300meg service here, no problems with getting TO the videos, but nothing plays. Going to other sites is fine, other videos from those sites loading quick.

I followed all the instructions at the Amazon page, restarted my router, updated the Firestick software after restoring to factory settings, and deleting and replacing my Amazon account. Nothing works. Why can’t Amazon get it’s 💩 together?

Other brands that i have subscrptions for but amazon supports also dont play but do when i use that other app directly. What a joke. Glad i dont have a zillion different apps subscribes to deal with. Glad i dont have cable either. But this a joke. Its been this way for about two days. My internet is fine no problems other then amazon itself. Same thing happens logging in on my laptop or pc so its clearly amazon. 15 -20 $ a month for this junk.

I always have issues with steaming on Amazon Prime. I even bought a brand new Apple device and it worked great a few days then froze. I had to not only shut everything off but pull the plug out of the wall and wait a while so it could reset itself. None of my other apps have this problem. It's very frustrating, especially since I bundled with Peacock Premium Plus.
