My home TV is the same at work it works, I'm 20 miles from home, I believe i had a 7136 code,ive tried everything, 4 days now. Says can't connect to wifi, my modem is 3 feet away good to stream at 1080, I've unplugged everything still nothing, even deleted it and renewed it 3 times

Tried a good 8-9 times, get nothing but “Service unreachable” have over 300meg service here, no problems with getting TO the videos, but nothing plays. Going to other sites is fine, other videos from those sites loading quick.

It’s day three and I am still getting error 5014 on all my TV sets! The only channel that works is Disney+.

For three days now I am getting error 5014 on Prime. Disney works fine. I followed all the instructions at the Amazon page, restarted my router, updated the Firestick software after restoring to factory settings, and deleting and replacing my Amazon account. Nothing works. Why can’t Amazon get it’s 💩 together?

Able to log in able buy or rent but my library or anything new wont play just bloody circles it's all a joke. Other brands that i have subscrptions for but amazon supports also dont play but do when i use that other app directly. What a joke. Glad i dont have a zillion different apps subscribes to deal with. Glad i dont have cable either. But this a joke. Its been this way for about two days. My internet is fine no problems other then amazon itself. Same thing happens logging in on my laptop or pc so its clearly amazon. 15 -20 $ a month for this junk.

Prime has not worked in a week for us. We have done all the troubleshooting and still can't watch anything. Account is current and there shouldn't be any issues. Do better Amazon. Why should I be paying for something that does not work???

I always have issues with steaming on Amazon Prime. I even bought a brand new Apple device and it worked great a few days then froze. I had to not only shut everything off but pull the plug out of the wall and wait a while so it could reset itself. None of my other apps have this problem. It's very frustrating, especially since I bundled with Peacock Premium Plus.

well it sort of worked for an hour, so that's something. And I see there are some new options on the side, like store and settings, so I guess that's something too. Still it would be super neato if the thing would work consistently. That'd be awesome.

Primevideo is not working on my mobile but works on the TV in lower michigan. Can not connect to Amazon customer chat. Keeps telling me to try again. 50$order was supposed to be delivered on the 18th and it's still not shipped and I can't cancel the order.
