Reports about problems with Amazon Music

Is it hardware or not? Amazon music streams fine from my phone but is completely borked on all of our Echo devices, stuttering, dropping and even de-syncing such that they'll eventually start playing different audio streams simultaneously.
Audio repeatedly dropping out for a few seconds at a time
Amazon Music on Echo devices (I have 4 in my home) plays until there is a phone call then stops, or plays several songs and stops, now it says it will play and nothing. My internet is fine. Love how we pay a pricey annual subscription with constant issues. For a 'high tech' company this is not good.
My #AmazonMusic is not working and I am not happy about it!
Anybody else have issues with Amazon Music? Every time they update the software, they remove the access to the albums you’ve purchased. I don’t believe I should have to pay for a membership to access the music I have purchased. This is fraud. Any good federal attorneys out there.
@amazonmusic I've been having issues streaming you thru my laptop the last few days. I've been streaming weekdays for hours at a time for 2 years and never had an issue until now. Whats going on?
Down again for me, endless loading just to get the Sorry something went wrong message. I cannot even load up my own paid for library, let alone the streaming service I also pay for.
Internet is working. Amazon Music site is not working. Just the big, black "Sorry, Something went wrong" screen.
It's been struggling for days. Search is not working. It's having problems streaming.
