Amazon claims all is fixed yet Echos will not play Amazon music. Even all the Echos throughout my home, rebooted, when asked it states music not available at this time. Amazon should be offering refunds especially for my garage spotlight camera being down for 28 hours and Echos not playing music.

Everytime I’m trying to listen to music it will play 30 seconds then stop and do nothing but load and buffer internet/wi-fi is good even tried switching to LTE it’s really frustrating when you pay for a service that hasn’t been working correctly for a few months now, I’m thinking about switching over to another streaming service!

Amazon Music is starting & stopping again on Alexa. Sometimes it plays 20-30 seconds of a song, dead air, then restarts the song. Other times, it will pick up where it left off. Nothing else in my house is having connection issues.

I have a bluetooth car stereo and only listen to the android app in my car. It used to work great, but now it's complete garbage. It will load, but not play anything or randomly choose what to play, but then you can't make it play anything else. Then it will randomly shut off. I've cleared the cache on my phone and in the app. I've restarted both. Uninstalled... The issue is not on my end. The Roku app works and it works on my computer, but I pay unlimited-I want unlimited, not just when I'm home.

The app fails to load, this is a re-occurring problem every 3 months I have no access to my service I pay for on my phone, it usually gets fixed after a month or more. Until a fix happens I cannot use the app at all, the only reason I keep it at this point is the Pc app I listen at work. Amazon this is not acceptable. The last time this happen I went through 6 customer service people who kept passing me off after 2 minutes or less, I was polite and I calm repeated my self over and over. The last person I spoke with was with their technical team, I went through every prompt several times before calling and after calling, 1st they blamed my phone memory. Nope 20GB internal left, then SD card space Nope 118GB left of 128GB. Is my Phone updated? Yep. App works for 3 months then I'm assuming they push an update and it breaks the app again.
