There is a major glitch on the website for users who are not signed in. When searching for items, they show as available. But when you click on the item page and scroll down to the recommended selections or variations underneath, everything says 'Currently Unavailable.' It seems to be a server-side bug failing to load inventory carousels for anonymous/logged-out browsing.

Just today, after I logged in to Amazon Shopping on my PC, the "Alexa for Shopping" section of the product page had a blank screen after I asked a question. So I tried one of their premade questions & again no answer, just a blank section where the answer would be. Also, we tried to buy some Amazon gift cards at our local Dollar General, but they could not sell them as they said about 3 - 4 hours ago their verification system would not certify them! I asked Gemini about this problem & the answer was "Because the backend communication is failing on Amazon's end, your browser's Alexa window renders completely blank, and Dollar General's system is locked out from validating new cards."

I can't get the Amazon Haul section to load with products. It just shows "Best Sellers" at the top, for example with nothing loading. I even just updated the app. I don't really even want to buy anything but I received a $1 flash sale alert on my iphone and wanted to check it out.

4 items, extremely late, two tracking numbers and what was attached to the ups tracking wasn't what arrived. It was supposed to be a charger but was a lone air freshener out of two. Got refunded on all the items so we will see what comes Thursday, but finally Amazon sent an email saying I could keep all the items though the rep originally said the charger would have to be returned. So I have it as evidence if Amazon tries to cancel my account over this or tries to extort payment. I am also screen shooting and keeping records of what comes on each tracking number. That way I am covered. Still the logistics people have not investigated or reached out to me. It's confusing.

The website is glitching out in a major way. It's funny to me that Amazon continues to insist there are no issues reported because it just isn't true. Why don't they just admit when the website/app is glitching out and announce they are working on it? I phoned support, and when I agreed to the text (to verify my account), Amazon sent TWENTY TWO emails within 30 seconds...?? I can't reach anyone within the call center(s) who can assist because none of them know anything about it and don't seem to understand the problem.

guess some datacenters got set on fire or something, not sure if it is war related or whatnot but this is happening all over the place, many places have been affected by bouts of terrorism, DDOS attacks, and other exterme activities circling around the general discontent for the state of the world as it is. I think a lot of people are getting outside and off the couch because they realize if they leave it in the hands of the affluent they will eventually financially suffocate to death... well some already are.
