@iluvmilfs_dilfs @PrimeVideo It wasn’t money, it was internal politics. Overspending on Citadel and Rings of Power and a few other places cost Jennifer Salke her job, she was the WoT supporter and Mike Hopkins cut it after he won the internal power struggle. Seems pretty clear.

@PrimeVideo It's a shame that there seems to be a misunderstanding about users in Canada and their language preferences. Non-English films with only French subtitles (and vice-versa) aren't a great experience. Apparently this a problem across the Canadian user base. Any fixes?

Unfortunately Amazon is like most other streaming services, not enough servers and bandwidth to support more users at peak times, even when users have plenty of network speeds. Almost every streaming services have issues from about 5 pm until about 12 am, when most people are sleeping from around 12 am. As soon as the demand loads drop, everything starts to work again, this is of course if there are no equipment problems on the services. I get about 500 mbps or more download speeds on a pc, almost 900 mbps on wifi 6 on mobile devices, but at that same time frame, it can drop that speed down to almost half of that.

The problem is not on our end. It is clearly Amazon that is the problem, and it takes no accountability for its failures. Why?.., because it has been going on for a long time. @PrimeVideo Trying to stream the West Wing, constant errors, spinning wheel, a problem has occcured etc. Netflix and Iplayer are working fine
