@AiOhthorexic @myselfspo could also be bad metabolism, incorrect calorie tracking/activity tracking (that's why i recommend a fitbit or apple watch), or you're at a plateau and need to eat regular maintenance or gain a bit so then you can lose it

UPDATE: I tried logging in about 5 minutes ago and was able to. I still get the unable to sync sense 2, but it does appear to sync. Still seems a little laggy for me, but at least everything in today is showing up now (i'm on an iPhone).

Wouldn't sync. So, i turned my bluetooth off and then on again, restarted my phone, used the button on my charger to turn the fitbit off and back on again, deleted the app and now there's a server error when I try and sign back in. UGH. I hated to lose all of that data, but that was the last suggestion.

Tried to sync my sense 2 this morning and kept getting 'can't sync your sense 2' error. Tried removing the device and re-adding, only to find out I can't re-add. Sign out, uninstall and reinstall. Bad idea. Now I'm getting the "Server error. Please try again later!" every time I try and sign in. Ugh. I really wish I could just login to their site but no, redirects to google login (I have not added my account yet). I hope this is fixed and soon!

Since 2 weeks my fitbit is useless. I did all the recommended things like installing reinstalling and so on. No result. I can't pair my charge 6 with my telephone. (Tried 3 different mobiles.) Nothing.

Fitbit charge 6 wont give notifications from phone. I uninstall re installed it start re start both devices checked blue tooth i did more but why is this happening.

#fitbit activity hours messed up after time change. This has been happening since 2016!! Shouldn’t there be programming in place to avoid this twice-yearly issue!!!

@fitbit are you ever going to respond to the litany of complaints about the Inspire 3 software upgrade on your website? Despite all the issues occurring after the upgrade, your only solution has been to buy a new device.

@FitbitSupport why are you purposefully holding back the latest Luxe update for thousands of users who have KNOWN issues? My watch is 2.5yrs old, and I’m told I have to buy new to resolve because @Google won’t release the update to my watch version! Disgusting! @fitbit

@FitbitSupport When do you think my FitBit Versa 4 will start working again. I reset to factory defaults and tried to resync with Fitbit app, but nope, won't sync. Can't even use it as a watch anymore. Looks like they have stopped working for many.

@simonrockett @fitbit I've had same problem with Sense 2. Fault with Fitbit app, which they're working on. Syncs fine with earlier version of app. The watch isn't at fault, it's the app.

@FitbitSupport Still not working. I add an activity (which I shouldn’t have to do as I was wearing my Fitbit at the time!!), it stays there for a few seconds then disappears. So frustrating!!

@FitbitSupport My sense stopped working a couple of weeks back and the online support is rude and of no help. It's stuck on the message "To start download fitbit app". I have rebooted multiple times and disconnect/connected over blutooth/wifi but to no avail

@NudiBranchCals I have a clip on fitbit from 2016 working perfectly but the dumb app with whatever recent updates they did is the problem.

@FitbitSupport My Inspire 3 stopped syncing 3 days ago. I know the issue is widespread because reddit forums are all talking about it. How do I resync my fitbit without losing data? Turning Bluetooth on/off + restarting my device hasn't helped. Can y'all please fix this update?

@FitbitSupport hi, my Fitbit Charge 4 seems to have an issue with sleep start and finish times, these changed by 1 hour due to time change last night. If I try to reset them, I can’t, it is thrown out by 3 hours, ie wake up 0600 becomes 0300. Is this a reported issue? Thanks

@CallowStella @FitbitSupport Stella, it's very frustrating. I did a factory reset on my fitbit because of this which then rendered it useless with a big red cross saying it needs to be synded! I have now bought a new one which is unable to connect. I wish Fitbi would publicly announce that there's an issue!

@FitbitSupport Tried everything this morning to sync my Sense. Moved to Google, restarted both phone and device. Now won't connect to Bluetooth, updated App. There seems to a major problem with Fitbit looking at all the other posts.
