I have several Chrome tabs open which contain different Google Docs. I am logged into Chrome under the account which owns these Google Docs. However, each Doc displays a "sign in" error, and when I do sign in, it shows my account is logged in, then shows the error again. Repeatedly. For every Google Doc that has other people shared on it. For some reason, Docs which do not have other people shared on them are allowing me access.

Any reason why extensions/add-ons aren't working in Google Docs? I've restarted my browser and cleared the cache more times than I can count. Genuinely don't know what else it could be. The Google Drive Desktop App on Windows 11, 64bit, wont connect to the severs even with many restarts and updates with sometimes just not loading at all and saying 404 error, then was only able to sign into one account and when I go to sign into the rest of my accounts it just says "Loading... I doubt it - Google runs their own cloud, and also sells cloud services. No reason to use AWS.

was working on a google doc when it suddenly acted like I had no internet (not true) now says 'can't open this file without internet connection' if I put in the file's url and will only let me see the docs for one of my two accounts. I need to access my default account for school but whenever I click the icon for it it redirects me to the side one. FML! Hope it gets fixed soon

I contacted Google Advanced Support and got the following response regarding this issue: "We are currently experiencing an issue impacting the root folder of shared drives. Our team is working towards a fix and we will share any updates as they become available. In the meantime, you may be able to momentarily mitigate the issue by right clicking on the "Shared drives" under the Google Drive mount point and selecting "Refresh". This should temporarily fix the issue, but may need to be repeated if the issue occurs again."
