My Fitbit Sense 2 randomly reset itself yesterday, and now it won't properly sync with the Google Health app or really work at all. It will only display "Sync from the Fitbit mobile app". The Google Health app itself behaves like it's syncing and doesn't show any connection issue, though it will briefly show "error 3000". If you go into Apps it says it didn't finish installing, continue to try again, which doesn't work. I just hung up with Google Fitbit support and they confirmed it's a known issue that started 3 days ago and that they're working on it.

Yeah. Same. On the app I had 2900 steps but oddly, on my Fitbit it read 106. It did actually synch again. Hopefully it will do the same for you. But yeah, I'm moving to another vendor as well. The icing on the cake was Google Health turning off comments on all their socials and not even posting an update.

I just "successfully" synced for the first time this morning, and it zeroed out 4,900+ steps I've already done. Google has made a mess of Fitbit. I'll be changing to a different vendor.

Have been getting the “500” error notice since about 630am on the app. My tracker is tracking steps,azm,heart etc. but the app will only display my steps,☹️ Chat gpt told me the issue was on Googles end and not to try a manual restart etc. 👍

I was getting a 1001 error code. According to Google AI, I needed to disconnect the watch, delete data and cache from the phone, reinstall the app, and reboot. An hr later, I saw it was on Google's end. Google AI was still telling me to do this. I told it that the App was down. Google told me I was correct. lol...Google should have told the AI this so I didn't have to go through all the reboot crap.

Same for me, successfully synced at 7:00 am EDT and I did my morning exercise routine and only thing added was steps, no cardio load points, heart rate monitor stopped working a little after 7am and now I can’t even sign in. Continually gives error code 500. Annoyed I won’t get the cardio load points for my workout sessions today.

I think that's really the issue. I spent 2 hours troubleshooting when really I probably should have just given up after 10 minutes. Clearly this is tied to today being the day all people still on Fitbit (like me) had to move over to Google Health. I had already done that 3 weeks ago though so this is really frustrating.

I can't even connect. Went through dozens of steps including trying a different account. Just tells me error, try again (I don't even get error codes anymore). At this point, I think I'm just aggravating myself thinking there's a fix :(

App won't open (at least 6 hours now). Either shuts down immediately or shows a message saying "Something went wrong with Fitbit" and something about a bug, and try again later after the app has been updated.

the food logging section of the app is constantly wrong. It keeps having food that I have logged disappear and reappear. All my recent food has disappeared from the logging options. I have tried all the troubleshooting options available.

Choosing a Calorie Deficit of Easier, Medium, Kinda Hard, or Harder doesn't work anymore and just resets to a static number of calories allowed to eat each day. This setting has been broken for about a week now. Very frustrating as I've been successfully losing weight diligently entering my nutrition information for each day and having the app say I can eat more calories as the day goes on depending on my activity level. It's a great tool when it's working but a week now of it not working and I see no entry about it on the Fitbit Status page despite having tech support tell me it's a known issue and tons of people reporting about it on reddit and fitbit's community page.

Four hours later, still can't log food. Contacted Fitbit to see if they have a timeframe for fixintg it. They said, "We e don´t have a timeframe, however, our higher team is working in order to fix this issue as soon as possible."

Not syncing again. Fitbit Labs notifications are extremely annoying too. On hold now with a Google tech. She says they are having significant syncing issues across the board. Fitbit Labs seems to be causing issues to multiple users as well. Opting out of any and all Fitbit products test in the future. That's if I don't buy a Garmin. I'm over Fitbit since Google took over. Which is funny, because eI tend to prefer Google products.

I’ve been down all day! My app on my phone won’t sync. My watch says I need to login, but I can’t. My Bluetooth on my phone won’t connect to the watch finally connects but I can’t not tie the phone app with the device. It’s been a bad day overall. I have turned on and off multiple times. Pretty sure all my data is lost. All my device does now is tell me to download the Fitbit app! I’m so frustrated.

I'm still down. I cannot log in with my FitBit account and it won';t accept my google account. I have tried to talk to FitBit support 4 or 5 times today. Every time, I got to the point that it was going to register me for a call and then it just failed. As I recently bought my FitBit from Amazon, I called Amazon account support and they tried to get through to FitBit support and they were unable to do so (they were on hold for more than 30 minutes). What a s**t show! Amazon issued a full refund and will return my FitBit to Google. I will receive it's replacement (a Garmin Venu 2) on Monday.

I turned off my WiFi and used cell data and was able to log in with my Google info and synch my Charge 6. But as soon as I turn WiFi back on, it doesn't synch. Everything else I have on WiFi is working fine. Wth? Anyway, back in!
