every time I go on iPad or my mom on iPhone our YouTube shows a black screen. I did everything it says to do to fix it and it works until I close the app. I go to reopen it and black screen again.

Last couple of days YouTube app on our TV’s has been having issues. We start videos only for them to stop about 5 seconds in then the app crashes out to login screen saying ‘something went wrong with your account’. I am able to play the videos on my iPhone and iPad without issues. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app on the TV only for it to keep doing the same behavior. Tried another TV with a different account and same issue…play video, it stops about five seconds in, and crashes back to sign in page saying ‘something went wrong with your account’ Anyone else?

I've been watching YouTube TV over the past couple of days and the broadcast have been very glitchy and keep glitching out and stop working. This is multiple channels. Different things and video streaming is the most reported so that must be a problem.

Ok, so I went to YouTube TV Support and initiated a chat with the following message: I imagine there's a problem with YouTube TV? All my other apps are working fine, including YouTube, but I get a blank screen when trying to view YouTube TV. This was not the case an hour ago. It is now 10:33pm EDT." I was advised to unplug my TV for 60 secs, hold the power button on the tv down for 15 secs, then plug the tv back in and try again. Surprise, surprise! It actually worked.

Having an issue with video playing and then buffering. Thought it could have been my Frontier Fiber but oddly PlutoTV is streaming fine. So evidently it is a youtube problem

I have had problems with Youtubetv. Itried to watch SNL and it says I can only watch it after the taping is done! Now I can watch it by going to "scheduled", clicking on it and going back to the beginning. I could watch it on my computer. Also, even though it says Meet the Press is schduled to be taped, I can only watch it ifk I get to it before it ends. I can also watch it later on my computer. This sucks!

I'm in TX also, in the Houston area. My dad and I are having the same issue. The app works on my laptop and on Dad's iPad. Just started today. Dad deleted it on his Apple TV and reloaded it. As I was writing this, it started to work. Weird.

Please, for the love of god, someone tell me it is not just me!! It won't let me type in the live stream chat, it recognizes that I am typing and leaves the "Chat..." message while I'm typing and overlaps my message over it (over the "Chat..." message), and when I press Enter it won't even send!! Also, when I open the emojis button, it starts lagging the whole tab of the livestream and the chat, and starts running my computer harder than usual! This is all on my pc! This was NOT happening a few days ago!! Please tell me this is a current bug for just today and by next week it will be fixed!! But please, if you are having the same issue, please reply!! I can send Emojis, which makes me lag really bad, but it will not let me send text messages!! I tried to send a text message after an Emoji, and it just sent the Emoji!! I can send messages on FireFox, but not Microsoft Edge. But Youtube is still very laggy and heavy on my pc when watching/typing/adding emojis on livestreams! FireFox tab keeps freezing like Microsoft Edge now when watching a livestream on Youtube..

Has been stuttering whenever CSI: Miami is on, making the show to frame skip which is causing the characters to skip their lines on my LG TV and on my phone, the only thing I could find at that could be a potential cause is that the "localized app/network glitches, mismatch/ unstable frame rates (60Hz vs 59.94Hz), or overloaded LG Smart TV memory" if this is the cause please fix it, or tell the channel broadcast to fix it
