I wouldn't say it's an outage, but def affecting download speeds. Outbound, the speeds are fine, inbound (download), it's bad. Normally, I'm testing at 900MB down/900MB up, but now I'm at 1.3MB down/70MB up.

Roger that. Trace to the local provider is fine, but if you leave San Antonio, EVERYTHING is slow and pings are high. I'm sure it's a routing issue coming out of Google's end, routing loop somewhere...lol.

The outage started for us and a few other neighbors (Timber Trails, Raymore, MO 64083) 2 days ago, the ETA has been pushed back 5 times as of this message, and we had to enter a chat through GFiber each time just to get updates about the ETA as we have no information regarding the ETA otherwise. I work from home and this has significantly impacted my work. It's been absolutely maddening especially because neither this website nor istheservicedown ever showed any issues over the last 2 days. Going into day 3 I can only hope we are not getting de-prioritized just because there's not as widespread of an issue in our neighborhood.,
