Luckily, I had my Nest thermostat pre-linked to my remote smartthings hub as a backup, and was able to adjust the thermostat that way. I'm sure that most remote accessible hubs should allow the same access if previously linked to Nest.

I get this message when I try to log into Nest with the Firefox or Chrome browser: "An unexpected error has occurred" Trying to sign in on the Nest app on my phone leads to a sign in loop where you try to sign in, "Loading" is displayed and eventually a "Sign in with Google" message is displayed.

I am having a problem with presence sensing with the Google Home app. The app is not able to tell when I am gone, use Eco, and then learn when I have come home. I called Google support and apparently it is a known issue.

@jsnathan007 @kotaksecurities Nest has a direct connection to the engine. Unless the issue is with the engine itself, NEST mostly works if app/web is down.

I am in West Virginia. I have 5 Nest Cameras. 3 are working 2 are not. Wifi is excellent with no outages or problems. Called ADT was on hold for 62 minutes before someone answered only to tell me Google is "having issues". Yet Google says "there are no outages, no problems, please contact your service providers"

My newer GOOGLE cams are all offline. Legacy NEST cameras are all working. 14 cameras total within the Google Home app, and this is 100% the case. If it’s a legacy Nest products, it is working as normal. If it’s one of my newer Google cameras, it’s offline. The outages started occurring around 12:30pm EST.
