Neither Nest nor Google Hub will connect via wifi. All other non-Google devices are fine (Southern Texas ATT Fiber.

Are any of you having problems nest ft testers? I can not get on account through app or website. I get "There was a problem connecting to the Nest service. Try again in a few minutes. See service status > " then trying to login on website as soon as I submit login it looks like it's about to login with nest logo then kicks me back to login page

Here in Denmark, we also have some issues with Google Nest Hub, last night my Nest Hub just went gray, but i could still ask what time it is, but it took more than a minute to get an answer, now i have tried to cut the power for a minute and turning it back on, didn't help, factory reset/firmware reset didn't help. After a half an hour of troubleshooting i finaly got it configured again, but now and then i goes offline in the app and is ridiculous slow. We use our Nest Hub very often for reciepes for dinner, music when cooking but allso to entertain our son some times. I hope everything comes back to normal soon :-)

The problem has now been solved in Hungary. But if the screen is black, you need to unplug it and then plug it back into the outlet.

In Netherlands same issue. Google mini and Google home don’t work. Hub keeps having four spinning dots. Reboot or factory reset didn’t solve the issue. Google home mobile app is working.

Mobile app works just fine. Anything to do with the Nest speakers/displays is entirely dead to the world. The displays wont even get to a viewable clock/home screen. Using my phone and tablet with the Home app, works perfectly well.

First is starts with "hmm something when wrong, try again in a few seconds" Power cycle doesn't fix it.... Factory Reset doesn't fix it... "Frustrated percussive maintenance doesn't help either" Thankfully I keep an old school analog alarm clock that winds up.

Wasted an hour with my Google Home Hub Max (full factory reset, etc) and then I noticed that the Home Hub in the guest room had the same problem. Unplugging both and I'll deal with it in the morning.

Roter reboot & device reboot did not work. AI suggested trying it on my phone with Wi-Fi turned off. Did that & did not work. Definitely a Google issue! Updates would be nice.

Luckily, I had my Nest thermostat pre-linked to my remote smartthings hub as a backup, and was able to adjust the thermostat that way. I'm sure that most remote accessible hubs should allow the same access if previously linked to Nest.

I get this message when I try to log into Nest with the Firefox or Chrome browser: "An unexpected error has occurred" Trying to sign in on the Nest app on my phone leads to a sign in loop where you try to sign in, "Loading" is displayed and eventually a "Sign in with Google" message is displayed.

I am having a problem with presence sensing with the Google Home app. The app is not able to tell when I am gone, use Eco, and then learn when I have come home. I called Google support and apparently it is a known issue.

@jsnathan007 @kotaksecurities Nest has a direct connection to the engine. Unless the issue is with the engine itself, NEST mostly works if app/web is down.
