@Ravisutanjani It's my primary app. Only issue is most of time time, app freezes in loading screen. As soon as unlocked with fingerprint, it keeps loading and scanner won't open. That's when Gpay comes to rescue. I have removed all other UPI apps.

@katdegen oh yah and KAST card another good temporary solution since can load with USDC and use with Gpay or Apple pay. Ive been able to use it at ATMs (with NFC capability) without any problem.

@krupakotecha_ I’ve faced this issue many times with PhonePe. Their support usually says “contact IRCTC,” and IRCTC says “no transaction on our end.” It’s a dead loop. But this time, I directly raised a ticket with PhonePe support & got the refund. So don’t wait on IRCTC, keep pushing GPay.

@Tech_glareOffl For the uninitiated, if the issue is at NPCI end, all the apps like PhonePe, Gpay, Paytm would be affected. One of the ways to not get affected by this is to keep some amount in your UPI Lite wallet. UPI Lite transactions are handled at the app level so unaffected by NPCI issues.

@Google hi I m a user of gpay busns app and I m facing issues related to no of transactions. No cx support number is reachable the agents no is out of service I felt like I m cheated. Kindly help

@CitizenKamran most of the people uses mobile banking or online app like gpay or phone pay so why people going to atm and second one that's the service charges because u are using bank services and Bank provide some limit to atm Main point very less people uses all the service people using gpay

@UPI_NPCI UPI is not working for a lot of users in Bengaluru. Any UPI apps Gpay or Phonepe or PayTM, payments are not processing. I went to two shops to buy groceries and UPI wasn't working but luckily i had cash in my wallet.
