The videos are extremely choppy; they'll also freeze while the sound continues. Sometimes lowering the quality helps, but it isn't consistent. And after scrolling for a bit, videos stop loading altogether.

I had no issues yesterday (07/20) and today I'm getting long buffering times. It only happens on Youtube. All other sites launch normally.

Stop auto deleting comments that hold disgusting people accountable. There's a difference between making threats and factual statements. Stop being lazy team youtube and fix your site. All the videos are working fine when I'm on a computer and logged onto my account, but I haven't tried to see if the videos are fixed on the YT App yet. I know that when I'm logged out of my account I can easy see videos and livestreams easily, but yesterday and the night before yesterday all videos were not working when I was logged in. Last night I logged out from my account and uninstalled the YT App, and since then haven't tried reinstalling the app and logging on. I'm worried that if I do reinstall the app and trying logging into my account that videos will start having issues again, so I haven't tried logging onto my account on my phone yet. Should I reinstall the YT App and try logging into my account? I don't know whether or not I should, and it makes me feel very anxious.

Videos are now working when I'm on my computer and logged onto my account thankfully. But I logged out of my account on mobile and uninstalled the YouTube on my iPhone, and I haven't attempted to reinstall the app or log on to my account on mobile since last night. I'm worried that if I do and try logging on to my account again on the YT App on my iPhone the issues will start happening again, for videos both on the YT App on my iPhone AND when I'm logged on to a computer. Should I still try it? I'm scared that doing so will just screw things up again, I don't know what is the right thing to do. I made a post about my issue on the YouTube Help Google Support site, but I haven't gotten any replies yet, so I'm still worried.

It's weird. I've gone on X to see if anyone else had something wrong. It isn't your iPhone. I finally gave up and went on Rumble to look at a video. I did find out that YouTube is doing "something" regarding algorithms in searches, I think. Whatever is happening, it's evident that someone doesn't know what they are doing or some hacker does.

I've been so worried that it has only been me! Do you have any idea as to what's going on and why it is happening? For me it started last night a bit around 8:30 PM on my YouTube app on my iPhone 13. I thought it was fixed this morning but it's been flip flopping since then whether or not I can see a video or not, now on my laptop too! I cleared my cache and followed all the types of advice I could look up, but I don't know what else to do. Am I just supposed to wait a day or something now?

For some reason when I am logged into my main Google/YouTube account, I can not seem to watch any videos or live streams. I have continued to get "Video unavailable. This content isn't available, try again later." This issue began yesterday night. For some reason when I am logged out of my Google/YouTube Account, I can easily watch any video or livestream. But if I log back into my Google/YouTube account, the error occurs again, and I get the "Video unavailable. This content isn't available, try again later." message for the video, no matter what video or livestream I try to watch. This issue has happened for my YouTube App on my IOS iPhone too. I do not know what is wrong or how to fix this problem. It first started only on my YouTube App on my phone but then started happening even on my computer. Is something wrong with my Google/YouTube Account? I do not know what to do and I'm stressing out that I am unable to fix this. Please help if you can. I've followed all the advice I could find online, do I just wait a day or a certain amount of time?

It started happening to me as well. For me it started yesterday around 8:30 PM on my iPhone 13, iOS version 18.5. I was watching a normal video about All Bosses in a video game when for some reason I started getting "Video unavailable. This content isn't available, try again later." For some reason when I am logged out of my account, I can easily watch any video or livestream. But if I log back into my account, the error occurs again, and I get the "Video unavailable. This content isn't available, try again later." message for the video, no matter what video or livestream I try to watch. I thought it was fixed this morning, but then it started happening again, and this time while I was on my computer too. I do not know what is wrong or how to fix this problem.

@TeamYouTube I’m trying to watch YouTube videos and suddenly a “Sign in to confirm you’re not a bot” error message appears. I’m already signed in. I’ve tried clearing the chrome cache and data and YouTube works on my phone and in the bing browser. I don’t have an ad blocker on.
