All fixed now... Within minutes of it going down. I'm on the east coast, I believe it was down for me for approximately 40 minutes (or less).

Ah, so it's not just me who's having trouble with the website on PC. I tried changing my DNS settings and that seemed to work... for all of one video, and then it was back to not loading videos at all. It doesn't say that I'm offline, but that hardly matters when videos aren't loading.

@EngineeringGuys I like NewPipe, but also had frequent issues with it not working properly. YouTube is constantly on the lookout for ways to block these kinds of tools. I’ve had the best luck just using @brave browser for YouTube.
